Instant Access Properties

We do not believe in pressure selling. So, when an individual signs up to Instant Access Properties they will be entitled to an 8 day cooling-off period during which they are free to change their mind and cancel. 

If they do cancel during this time, any monies they have paid for membership and property reservations will be returned in full.

Please be aware that by cancelling membership during this time, an individual will be unable to proceed with any property purchases that they had indicated they would make.
