Instant Access Properties

The benefits of joining Instant Access Properites include access to discounted off-plan property in the UK and selected international markets, support throughout the purchase process to completion, introduction to Fuel Investments who offer Instant Access Porperties clients access to financing at discounted rates (subject to status), and support with letting, re-selling and property management through AfterCare Solutions.

Clients are also entitled to attend (free of charge) a range of advanced education courses and events, so as to ensure that they receive regular updates on the property market and that they are able to make informed investment decisions.

Clients pay a one-off fee and an annual subscription fee. The annual subscription fee must be current to enable a client to continue to receive the benefits of membership.
