We look after the clients’ interests, not the developers’ – and manage the developer-client relationship by liaising with the developer on behalf of our client. This support protects the interests of the investor and helps reduce the investor's risks.

Following completion, we offer support to our clients in letting and re-selling their properties by negotiating discounts on the services provided by property management companies.
