How we can help

One of the elements of our pre-vetting process is an assessment of the country’s market risk. At present we do not offer properties in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or Asia, as we believe that the risks are too great at this time. Instead, we focus on markets that we believe offer attractive returns with lower levels of risk e.g. the UK, USA, Spain and Portugal.
