Portugal's tourist buy-to-let market is growing rapidly due to the increase in visitors coming to the country, it has been stated.

Figures from the World Trade Organisation showing a ten per cent rise in numbers last year are expected to be followed by a further increase this year, Homes Worldwide reports.

01/09/2008 - University towns 'have price premium'
New evidence has emerged to indicate that university towns have a price premium, suggesting they may offer a strong investment prospect.

The annual Halifax University Town House Price Review, covering 64 university towns, revealed that 17 had a premium on their prices of at least £10,000 on their county average and of these nine had a premium of £20,000 or more.
