Turkey 'offers high-class medical care'
2008-09-02

In news that may reassure investors thinking of buying property in Turkey, it has been stated that those needing medical care can be reassured that their needs will be met by a high quality service.
The editor of the Buying in Turkey property guide Dominic Whiting told Property Wire: "The quality of care is equal and in many cases far superior to that available in the UK."
He added that in large centres and tourist areas staff are usually good English speakers.
For those staying in the country for some time, private medical insurance can be bought from £1,320 to cover a 40-year-old couple for a year, the portal added.
While the medical service standard is high, many investors have expressed delight at how low prices are.
At the weekend Scottish investor Isobel Ferguson told the Sunday Mail there was "no way" the £32,000 it cost her and husband John to buy a two-bed flat in Altinkum could buy a good property back in Scotland.
